Who has been eating all the cakes?
The beautiful spanish goddess, my very good friend Gabriela has been driving all the way from Sevilla to pay us a visit. I am having a fantastic time catching up with her.
Of course the first thing we did was going round the market here and buy too much food. I had to introduce her to my special market stall holders…especially the curly blond one with ocean blue eyes…I mean his apricots were delicious!
We have been gazing over ridiculously big tomatoes, sweating plums and been having long conversations over langoustines and the best way to cook them!
Today she disappeared with the children to let me get on with work and came back like a magician with a special box full of delightful cakes from Jolly…the best patisserie in town. I simply love her to bits!

Mum and I had a few days there last year and it was perfectly blissful.

Jolly!!!!! Oh Sylvie you’re so lucky! They have the most wonderful cakes in like the whole wide world!!! But they are so expensive n’est ce pas?
