Abbaye Notre-Dame Des Chateliers

Feeling in need for some meditation the Dixies visited what was left of The Abbaye Notre-Dame Des Chateliers (bloody english!) located on the beautiful Ile De Re. Why did we need to meditate? that’s because once again we failed to catch razor clams!

Here is the one and only razor clam I managed to catch this summer…just the one and yes I am holding it very proud!

    Do you catch them by pouring salt down the hole in the sand? You have to be quick though before they pull themselves back.
