I know I have already mentioned Emily Loizeau here before. Ben Ouai got me the CD for Christmas and it has been played nearly every day since!

    I think english has a better bounce but her lyrics are just a little story for each song. She also sings in english with Andrew Bird and that’s great too.
    Nursemyra: love that clip too, you know Charlotte and Emily are both mixed French/English…a good combination…of course I would say that ;-) x

    Sylvie that is simply a wonderful video and I too love the atmosphere as well as her voice and style.

    I do so wish that I had paid more attention when studying French. But French with a US southern accent just doesn’t sound right even if you are fluent. Trust me I kept everyone in stitches.

    I will look out the English one with Andrew. It is odd isn’t it how a different language makes things more exciting. It’s a bit like when I was growing up when I wanted black hair like my friend and she wanted to be blond like me lol

    70: I always wanted dark hair and blue eyes instead I had blond hair with brown eyes…oh well…
